While researching human pathogens is obviously important, I think it is also important to investigate how different pathogens are affecting wildlife populations. So I found it very interesting that this page did not just look at the mechanisms for how this virus works but how it is affecting bird populations and even gave some conservation recommendations. While researching human pathogens is obviously important, I think it is also important to investigate how different pathogens are affecting wildlife populations.
