This looks great! I made a few minor edits pertaining to grammar and italic words, but overall it was quite good. Also has there been any further application of this methodology since the paper has come out or is a team working on the application of the system?- Scharfetter

Dude you're blowing my mind with just the idea of a regulatory genetic circuit. Minor spelling and grammatical errors but nothing major. You talk a lot about the application of it being a vehicle for targeted drug administration, but are there any specific drugs that would work best for this type of system. For instance would this system work great for cancer chemo treatments or more genetic diseases?
