Well, Jimmy, one thing that does need to change is that you should superscript your in text citations. I do think this is a great article so far though, with lots of practical/relevant information. Adding a diagram or two in the metabolism section might make the information more accessible. Another thing I might change is the heading "M. Hominis in Modern Day Culture" to something along the lines of "Recent Studies", just because the word "Culture" is misleading in this context.
