A two-dimensional simulation of the myxobacteria life cycle with a layer variable to indicate fruiting body locality. A mathematical approach is applied by M.Hendrata and B.Birnir(2012) to discover the transitional trigger of myxobacteria from the swarming stage to the fruiting body formation, or development stage.
