One area that I think could be improved is your presentation of metal respiration. Did any of the research you found elucidate the mechanisms of how that process works? If they did, you could present that to add detailed information about the mechanism (i.e. what proteins are involved, which ones are utilized first, etc.). Is there a figure out there of how metal respiration works that you could use? I know that this species has only been known for 14 years, so you are working against that, but I think it would be valuable if you could add more details about how exactly the process works. Aside from that, there are some issues with grammar (e.g. run-ons and a lack of punctuation), and perhaps some writing that is too colloquial (at least to my taste); both issues I found mostly in the metal respiration and microbial fuel cell sections. I think you picked a very interesting topic, and I wish you luck with finding more information about it. -Michael Gallaher

I really enjoyed reading you wiki as it presented a lot of very interesting information about Geothrix fermentans in a very easy to follow manner. I think the flow of the paper might benefit from either splitting the sections you have into more specific sections or maybe creating subsections. Also, I think it would have been. Also, although what you currently have is very good information, you may consider looking for another paper or two to talk about to kind of round out the page. Other than I think it looks really good. - Connor Gibbons
