Phrases such as "Nowadays" and "Be that as it may" are colloquial and I would suggest using different phrases such as "Due to modern advancements in modern medicine" and "Even though there are treatments available" respectively. Also the sentence that begins with "Be that as it may" is a runon sentence and I would suggest splicing it to two different sentences. I would also suggest reading carefully through the entire page for simple words that are placed incorrectly, for example in the first paragraph, the third to last sentence contains the word "with" that does not make sense. I would also suggest to explain what the letters that are in figure 2 mean.

I thought it was incredibly interesting that you not only discussed Mycobacterium leprae as the "original" causative agent of Leprosy, but also Mycobacterium lepromatosis and DLL. Is DLL still an issue? Was DLL treated differently than leprosy? In terms of figures, it would be visually appealing to include an image with leprosy symptoms such as skin lesions. It would also be interesting to highlight the structural differences between the different drugs you mentioned as well as on which populations they have been found to be the most effective (if any). I would suggest including a conclusions/discussion/future directions/future research section at the end to wrap up your topic.
