This article gives a good description of Rhodopseudomonas palustris and the several pathways that it uses during bioremediation of soil pollutants. I think it might be improved by identifying the different pollutants that are present in the soil. You might even explain how the pollutants got into the soil. From there you could give specific examples of how your bacterium actually breaks down pollutants and why it is so important that these pollutants be broken down. Your article appears to be well written but could use some more depth and length. Don’t forget citations for your figures too. Overall, this is a very good start. I’m sure with some additions you could make it even better.
