I thought it was good and interesting! Though I think organizationally it might be better to put the "Lux Operon" section before the "Differentiation Techniques" section so that the latter section is more clear. I read the differentiation section first and was a little confused because I wasn't sure how the operon was arranged to begin with. Also, I think it would help to include a picture of microscopic-level photobacteria/bioluminescence so the reader will see what you're describing throughout the paper. That could look good right at the start of the paper by the Contents box. Overall, I felt the wiki was effective.

Overall this was a thoroughly researched and well written wiki page. I have two minor suggestions though. First, I would have some sort of introduction paragraph that places the entire wiki page in context. Jumping right into the characteristics of photobacterium seemed a little strange. Second, your final paragraph says that phtobacterium have been used as tools in the medical, criminal, and food production field.  You give two great examples on its use in the criminal and food production field; however, you don't provide an example for the medical world. If you can find a good example about its use in the medical field I would definitely share it. Other than these two minor suggestions, you did a great job on your wiki page!
