You might want to proofread a little. Some sentences were awkward, like this one: "In addition to porins, the scattered in the membrane of A. baumannii are efflux pumps...".
I'd like to see more information in the section about drug-resistance You do mention several of its traits, like modifying its porin, efflux pump, and DNA hyrase enzyme expression. Maybe you can give examples from more studies? Explanations of what these drugs do, what they are effective against, and how the new drugs in development bypass A. baumannii's defenses.
