General Comments -Label figures as figure 1, figure 2 etc so that you can refer to them in text and direct the reader to the mechanisms that you are talking about. -Reread text, you need to make minor grammatical edits such as plural agreements e.g. under the subheading OxyR in Vibrio vulnificus "compared with other member in the Vibrio genus".
OxyR in E. coli Edit spacing in brackets: As the model organism in microbiology study, the OxyR of [E. colihas] been extensively studied in past decades.
