Sam, you should add some references to your photo captions. In addition, you need to add numbers to the references listed at the bottom of the page and then use superscripts for in text citations. Also, you must italicize scientific names of the bacteria in the text. Other than these little errors, I think the actual writing and information is good stuff. The introduction does a good job narrowing down the topic and establishing relevance in a medical setting. Perhaps a little more information on how these products work as anticancer or antimicrobial agents would further tie together the following information.
